Majesty Policy Circles are intended to function as living spaces of inquiry, collaboration, responsibility, and generative contribution.

To support the coherence, integrity, and effectiveness of these spaces, those wishing to join a Policy Circle are expected to demonstrate the following:

1. A Strong Sense of Connection to the Topic of the Circle

Participants should feel a genuine connection, care, interest, or sense of responsibility toward the domain the Policy Circle is exploring.

This connection may arise through:

• Professional experience

• Academic background

• Activism or community involvement

• Personal passion

• Creative work

• Lived experience

• A deeper calling toward the topic

The intention is that members participate from authentic engagement rather than passive observation alone.

2. A Foundation in Good Conduct Skills

Policy Circles depend upon the quality of the relational field between participants.

Members are therefore expected to demonstrate a foundational capacity for:

• Respectful communication

• Listening

• Constructive dialogue

• Emotional responsibility

• Collaborative engagement

• Integrity in participation

• Good faith interaction

This does not require perfection or agreement on all issues.

Rather, it reflects a shared commitment to contributing to a healthy and generative collective environment.

3. Understanding of and Alignment with the Mission of Majesty

Participants should have a basic understanding of Majesty’s wider mission and orientation, including:

• Supporting the emergence of human systems more aligned with Life and the one Earth

• Working toward greater planetary coherence while honouring diversity

• Contributing to wiser forms of civilisation and governance

• Participating in constructive and future-oriented exploration

Members do not need to agree on every idea or position, but there should be meaningful resonance with the broader direction and intention of the movement.

4. Willingness to Engage in Topic Exploration

Policy Circles are intended to be active and participatory spaces.

Members are expected to bring a willingness to:

• Engage in inquiry and discussion

• Participate in meetings and collaborative processes

• Contribute ideas, perspectives, or skills where possible

• Support the development of insight, policy thinking, and public contribution

The spirit of the circles is collaborative exploration rather than passive membership.

5. Understanding that Sustained Lack of Engagement May Result in Exit

To maintain the vitality and functioning of the circles, members are expected to participate with a reasonable degree of consistency and presence.

Where there is sustained non-engagement or disengagement over time, participants may be asked to step out of the circle so that the space remains active, coherent, and generative.

This is not intended as punishment, but as part of stewarding living and functional collaborative environments.

Participants are welcome to re-engage or reapply in the future where appropriate.

Majesty Policy Circles are not intended to function as passive membership groups.

They are intended to function as collaborative fields of exploration, contribution, and emergence.

The aim is to cultivate spaces where people can meaningfully participate in helping explore how human systems may evolve into deeper alignment with Life, humanity, and the living Earth.
