Note in the above image the circles within the ring of Majesty global members. These circles form part of Majesty’s international coordinating hub for movement building and research and development. Each of these circles serves Majesty’s international focus.

In keeping with its decentralised architecture, no international circle exercises routine managerial authority over other circles or national levels.

Two narrowly defined safeguards exist. The Earth Circle may intervene where actions are assessed to be materially misaligned with Majesty’s core purpose and principles, in accordance with defined accountability processes. In addition, the Governance Circle retains a limited veto function in cases where initiatives risk undermining coherence, legal integrity, or alignment with the organisation’s mission.

The Earth Circle serves as an independent body of oversight for the integrity and accountability of Majesty’s governance.

In a role comparable to a board of directors or constitutional guardians, the Earth Circle ensures that the actions, decisions, and culture of the Majesty Governance Circle remain aligned with Majesty’s founding mission, principles, and long-term responsibility to the wellbeing of the Earth and all life it sustains.

The Earth Circle is composed of individuals entrusted with holding a whole-system perspective. Their responsibility is to ensure that Majesty’s policies, leadership practices, and strategic decisions honour the interconnected needs of humanity, the natural world, and future generations, rather than privileging narrow interests or short-term gains.

Over time, the Earth Circle will also hold a formal role in confirming senior leadership appointments within Majesty, including national representatives and core leadership roles. This confirmation function is designed as a safeguard, not as a concentration of power, ensuring that those entrusted with authority demonstrate the integrity, maturity, and capacity required to act on behalf of the whole.

The Earth Circle itself is subject to defined terms, rotation, review, and accountability processes. These mechanisms exist to ensure that the Circle remains a steward of Majesty’s purpose rather than an unaccountable authority, and that its role supports transparency, trust, and ethical coherence across the organisation.

Leadership within Majesty is entrusted only to individuals recognised for their demonstrated integrity, depth of personal development, capacity for service, and ability to hold responsibility beyond personal or factional interest. The Earth Circle exists to safeguard these standards as Majesty grows in scale, influence, and responsibility.

The Governance Circle is composed of the core lead as well as the leads from the Coherence Circle, the International Policy Circle, the Resource Generation Circle, the Leadership Development Circle, the Operations Circle, and National Representatives. Collectively, this community of Majesty’s leadership forms the third tier of Majesty’s membership community (see below). 

Their role is:

• To coordinate operations across the party internationally and nationally

• To maintain the coherence of the collective field of the party

• To hold the context of Majesty’s global purpose for the whole of the Majesty field

• To embody the principles it stands for

This circle is dedicated to overseeing the development of leaders within Majesty as well as developing leadership development programs that embody the leadership principles and developmental standards Majesty stands for.

The International Policy Circles are a collective of Policy Circles made up of individuals around the world who are collaborating to translate the essence of what Majesty stands for into policy positions for the needs and health of the whole Earth-system across all the major domains of human activity, which can then be drawn on by the rest of the party, at international and national levels.

The International Policy Circles are open to anyone who feels called to contribute, and operates as an iterative, collective process designed to harness collective intelligence. We also actively seek dialogue and input from leading practitioners and thinkers across relevant fields.

This circle is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of Majesty, as well as marketing, outreach, party visibility, and creative output.

This circle is dedicated to maintaining connection and coherence in the relational field of all Majesty team members through ritual and ceremony in alignment with natural cycles.

This circle is composed of those who hold point for generating the financial resources needed for Majesty to achieve its mission. Some of these are women and men who are actively contributing to Majesty financially, and some are team members who are identifying, making contact with, and exploring fundraising avenues.

Together, these circles form a distributed, role-based governance system designed to balance coherence, innovation, and accountability across scales.

These invidividuals represent Majesty by standing in political elections in their respective nations, at the local, regional, and eventually national level. Crucially, these representatives will stand not just for a new kind of leadership but will work towards fundamental changes to the political system itself. Eventually, they will be how Majesty moves into an actual position of power in the world transnationally.

To be a National Representative of Majesty the candidate must be recognised by the Earth Circle to fulfil the following criteria:

• They must be recognised as able to represent the Earth and humanity with integrity, maturity, and service

• They must be dedicated to addressing current global, national and local issues from that perspective

• They must be recognised as having a clear alignment with the soul and land of their nation

• They must demonstrate the emotional and social maturity to be able to synergistically collaborate with others

• They must demonstrate the embodied, psychological, professional, and spiritual maturity necessary for the role

• They must demonstrate adequate integration of mind and body, masculine and feminine within themself

• ethical maturity and integrity in their relational life, including the responsible integration of power, intimacy, and boundaries

• They must have taken responsibility for and done considerable work to resolve their shadows and traumas

• They must be fully committed to seeing their role as a national representative all the way through the campaign and election process

All circles operate within the legal requirements of their jurisdictions and under shared standards of transparency and accountability.
