The question at the core of this retreat is: Am I willing to surrender to the will of my own deepest essence coming online through my life, plugging me into the one sacred Life at the core of the entire Earth, and igniting my service to the whole?
Power and responsibility are deeply related.
What we choose to take responsibility for can be catalytic, either for distortion and pain in our personality structure, or for the acceleration of our soul path.
On a personality level, each of us must learn to own what is rightly ours to take responsibility for, and what isn’t.
Yes for our own reactions, feelings, boundaries, stories, and needs.
Yes for the safety and well-being of our children and loved ones.
No for other people’s feelings (though yes to being responsive to them).
And not for the whole planet. When a personality tries to take responsibility for the Earth and the whole of humanity, perhaps from terror or a saviour complex, it can be crushing. It’s simply too much for what a separate personal self can hold.
On a soul level, working with responsibility can be highly evolutionary. We learn that as souls we have already taken responsibility for some piece of bringing more love into the world.
Maybe that is through simply showing up fully to unfold that one petal of our soul rose that allows more self-love, compassion, humility, or vulnerability to land in us. Maybe it is through taking responsibility for our contribution to a particular area of humanity’s collective evolution. Perhaps in the domain of healing, sacred business, new spirituality, or soulful ecology.
At a soul level, we come to learn that we can explore taking more or less service-responsibility in a way that calls in more or less soul-power to match it.
Just as in the cosmos beyond the sun lies the black hole at the core of our galaxy, beyond the soul lies the monad. The monad is that black hole of pure spirit in the core of our being where we each a tear in space and time to the life force at the core of all things.
Part of what creates the bridge between the heart, the soul and the monad is when we deliberately choose to take responsibility to serve something bigger than we have the resources for in our soul and personal self.
When we commit ourselves in this way and follow up with action, the field of tension it creates in our being between the resources we currently have and what is needed becomes evocative. It calls in more power – the power of the monad – to strengthen the soul’s capacity to fulfil on what it has taken responsibility for through the personality.
At the monadic level, we realise in our core that we've all already taken responsibility for the redemption of the Earth as a whole. That's why we're here.
This is the level where not only can we legitimately take that scale of responsibility, but we already have.
And as the monadic core of each being comes online, so does a realisation of the One Life that is pulsing at the core of the planet, all humanity, and all kingdoms of nature. We know ourselves as intimately one with that One, and as such can draw on its power to add our piece to the mission we already accepted – the transfiguration of the entire planet - via the unique sphere of our own service.
Today, humanity stands at a profound civilisational threshold, and it needs the emergence of leaders who are courageous and radical enough to take responsibility for our entire world.
But not as separate personal selves doing so out of fear, panic, a saviour complex, or overreach. That only produces distortion and instability. And not even primarily as souls, where this would violate our more appropriate level of chosen responsibility, which is contribution to some particular piece of that wider shift.
But as monads, where the vow to take our place in the transfiguration of the planet is sourced in a revelation of the One that has already given its consent to this.
When our acceptance of responsibility comes from there, it activates the power of our monadic core, which opens us to the One Life that vibrates in the core of the Earth, to then pour into our soul and its specific field of chosen service-responsibility, and activate the forces of our body in its sacred stand on the Earth.

The world has entered a period of profound transition.
The coming decades ask for more than us adapting to rapid technological, social, and ecological change. They are calling for the emergence of a radically different type of human being.
The future must not be shaped simply by those with the greatest wealth or biggest platforms, but by those who have developed the inner maturity, integrity, purpose, courage, and wisdom to accept responsibility for the living whole we are all a part of.
There are thousands of leadership trainings, coaching programs, and personal development retreats available today. Many of them are excellent. They help people become more confident, effective, resilient, successful and self-aware.
The Majesty Leadership Initiations build on their foundation, and take leadership development work into totally new territory.
Rather than focusing on conventional self-development, these retreats are initiations.

The Majesty Leadership Development Pathway is how we are growing the leaders this work needs to serve the shift the world needs.
The Majesty Leadership Initiations are not progressive levels to be completed in a fixed sequence.
They are complementary developmental intensives addressing different dimensions of leadership.
Participants are encouraged by the Leadership Development Circle to attend the initiation most aligned with their current developmental edge.
Many participants will return to the same initiation more than once as different layers of development unfold throughout their lives.
Ultimately, initiation is less about what happens during a retreat than about the life that follows it.
Of course, the real initiation begins when the insights, commitments and transformations embodied during the retreat are brought into the challenges, relationships and responsibilities of everyday life.

We will also be taking a journey out to the desert, guided by some Bedouin friends, and staying there overnight. Tents, mattresses, bedding, food and water will be provided.

FACILITATOR
Jon Eden Khan is a transformational leader, mentor, and facilitator, living in his beloved home city of Berlin.
Jon is initiator of Majesty, a transnational political party dedicated to realigning power with the living Earth.
He is also founder of AVATARA, an international spiritual community dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening and its expression through new approaches to leadership, consciousness, and economics.
And he mentors soul-driven leaders, from top corporate business leaders and FinTech trailblazers, to LGBT rights activists in the Middle East, to some of the most respected facilitators of transformational self-development work in the world.
Between 2016-2018 Jon worked as European Director of the Global Purpose Movement, and in 2014, he co-founded Synergy Forum, an initiative focussed on the integration of spiritual awakening, social innovation and systems transformation. Between 2012-2015 he worked as part of the leadership team of Zero Point Six in Interlaken, Switzerland, exploring how a deeper understanding of spiritual awakening can inform efforts toward global transformation.
Jon’s path has allowed him to experience a wide spectrum of the human experience. From dropping out of school at age 13 to attend a centre for troubled youths, to 5 years of homelessness and heroin addiction in his early 20’s to getting clean alone in a room over 6 months. From re-entering education and going on to turn down a PhD with one of the foremost universities in the world, to dedicating himself fully to self-development, healing his traumas and service, to co-leading international projects dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening through new approaches to leadership, power, and purpose.
