Resource Generation Circle Steward

 

Overview

Majestyis looking for a Resource Generation Circle Steward who recognises that humanity is in need of a fundamental reset of the basis of wealth and economics, and who resonates with our approach that the true source of wealth is the abundance of the life force in the body of the Earth. 

This person will lead fundraising efforts, ensuring that Majesty has the resources needed to achieve its global mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new fundraising avenues and potential partners for financial support

  • Develop and implement a wealth generation strategy that aligns with Majesty’s ethical approach to finances

  • Create connections with potential donors and sponsors, fostering relationships based on mutual values

  • Oversee and support fundraising campaigns, ensuring all activities are life-aligned and integrity-based

Powers and Influence

  • Has authority to shape and implement fundraising strategies for Majesty

  • Can select key fundraising initiatives and collaborate with external donors and sponsors

  • Possesses influence over the financial resources that support Majesty’s mission

Interactions with Members

  • Regularly updates the Governance Circle and key leaders on progress and key initiatives

  • Engages with National Circle Stewards and Core Members to align fundraising with the needs of different regions and initiatives

Election Process

  • This role is elected by Majesty’s Governance Circle, based on the candidate’s alignment with Majesty’s approach to wealth and their vision for financial growth

Expected Commitment

  • Time commitment: 10-hours per week approx. 

  • Embodied commitment: must demonstrate Majesty’s stand for integrity in embodied leadership

  • Soul commitment: must embody Majesty’s values of purpose, integrity, and service to Life 

  • Core commitment: Must be sourcing themselves in surrender to the current of the One Life in their core of their own being

Compensation

  • This role is currently available on a volunteer basis, and will become a paid position in the future
