Overview

We are seeking a Head of the Operations Circle who feels a calling to serve the organisational coherence of Majesty’s international team and mission. This individual will play a central role in organising activities that foster streamlined execution of our shared purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating the operations of Majesty’s different circles, internal and national

• Coordinating the operations of Majesty’s membership community, including members sessions and events

• Coordinating and organising Majesty’s public events and retreats

• Coordinating Majesty’s social media presence

Powers and Influence

• Holds decision-making power for all Operations Circle matters

• Has authority to lead initiatives that nurture organisational clarity and coherence

• Can coordinate with other Circle leaders to maintain alignment on shared goals

Interactions with Members

• Works closely with Majesty’s core steward and the heads of Majesty’s various circles, ensuring operations reflect Majesty’s core values

• Collaborates with National Point Holders to integrate regional and cultural elements into gatherings

Election Process

• This role is elected by the Majesty’s Governance Circle and requires a presentation of the candidate’s vision for fostering the evolution of the work.

Expected Commitment

• Time commitment: 10-hours per week approx. 

• Must demonstrate Majesty’s stand for integrity in embodied leadership, purpose, integrity, and service.

Compensation

• This role is currently available on a volunteer basis, and will become a paid position in the future
