The question at the core of this retreat is: How do we become leaders the future can trust?
While conventional leadership often asks us to amputate parts of ourselves in order to appear worthy of leading, this retreat focuses on the courageous vulnerability embodied leaders can cultivate to reveal their humanity and take their fields deeper in the process.
As the world undergoes a profound reckoning with serious failures of integrity among society’s most powerful, and as our leaders increasingly take up sides in today’s burning ground of polarisation, the conventional paradigm of leadership is broken.
In the chasm created by this crisis, leadership today increasingly veers into polar domains.
On one side, leaders present themselves as noble servants of a higher vision, beyond the shadows and drives of our embodied nature, and yet these leaders are still often plagued by scandals.
On the other, many leaders today increasingly inhabit the most brazen, self-serving, separative, and unfiltered expressions of human nature, in ways that are often an affront to the heart.
Neither has the answer to the crisis of leadership rippling through our world.
These times are calling for a fundamentally new paradigm of embodied leadership.
Leaders who can descend fully into the vitality, instinct, emotional depth and erotic aliveness of being human, while remaining rooted in integrity, purpose, compassion and responsibility.
Leaders who can avoid the common pitfalls for those in power by integrating deep maturity around somatic attunement and the capacity to navigate different layers of intimacy while staying in integrity with their own and others boundaries.
Leaders who no longer need to split themselves into acceptable and unacceptable parts, but who have undertaken the courageous work of integrating them into a mature, trustworthy whole.
Such leaders must also be able to bridge from the current system to the new, which means being able to honour the gifts and recognise the shadows of the past paradigm, such as systems of oppression and colonisation, while stewarding a path into our collective next step.
This Embodied Leadership initiation is designed for those who recognise how critical integrated, vitally alive embodiment is for trustable leadership.
Before we can steward greater responsibility for the whole, we must first learn to steward the vulnerable, messy journey of being in a human body. This initiation is focussed on how leaders can integrate the most alive and authentic expression of their embodied being.
Such leaders can learn to reveal themselves in the truth of their vulnerabilities, capacities, limitations, desires, needs, and strengths, while still remaining aligned with the accountability, clarity, and integrity leadership requires.
As the regular flow of scandals in our world demonstrate, a primary test with embodiment is also what happens for leaders under pressure, whether that pressure is conflict, the temptation to use or abuse power inappropriately, the use of abuse of erotic energy, and what trade offs get made when a leader must disappoint someone.
We’ll draw on tested somatic practices for understanding the self under pressure and knowing where to draw resources from to meet it. We'll create live opportunities for participants to embody their leadership, and each participant will also have the opportunity to receive powerful feedback and reflections from the group on how they are experienced.
Throughout this retreat we explore what it means to become an embodied leader: someone whose character, embodied presence, and actions naturally inspire trust.
Each participant will be seen and welcomed in the leadership emerging in them. Each will be invited to bring the communities they are leading and connected to into the room with us, in recognition that the fruits of this work will be flowing back to them on the other side.

BACKGROUND
The world has entered a period of profound transition.
The coming decades ask for more than us adapting to rapid technological, social, and ecological change. They are calling for the emergence of a radically different type of human being.
The future must not be shaped simply by those with the greatest wealth or biggest platforms, but by those who have developed the inner maturity, integrity, purpose, courage, and wisdom to accept responsibility for the living whole we are all a part of.
There are thousands of leadership trainings, coaching programs, and personal development retreats available today. Many of them are excellent. They help people become more confident, effective, resilient, successful and self-aware.
The Majesty Leadership Initiations build on their foundation, and take leadership development work into totally new territory.
Rather than focusing on conventional self-development, these retreats are initiations.
They offer those who attend an opportunity to cross fundamental thresholds on their path. Thresholds that allow them to leave behind one way of being and step irrevocably into another. Each initiation offers a pathway into who we truly are at a deeper level of our being than we’ve previously known how to live from. And a crucial part of initiation is recognition by the community of each individual as they step into a deeper level of leadership in service to life.
The challenges of the world today are calling forth those leaders who are willing to freely accept their piece of that collective responsibility, based on the recognition that the future of humanity now depends on us learning to emerge together to hold the whole.

ABOUT MAJESTY AND THESE RETREATS
Majesty is an emerging transnational political movement building a network of political parties across nations to represent the living Earth in democratic government.
Part of our work is standing for a new paradigm of leadership in the world. As part of that, we offer three Leadership Initiation Retreats.

The Majesty Leadership Initiations are not progressive levels to be completed in a fixed sequence.They are complementary developmental intensives addressing different dimensions of leadership.
Participants are encouraged to attend the initiation most aligned with their current developmental edge, and many participants will return to the same initiation more than once as different layers of development unfold throughout their lives.
Of course, the real initiation begins when the insights, commitments and transformations embodied during the retreat are brought into the challenges, relationships and responsibilities of everyday life.

No previous experience with Majesty is required.
We do require people to have some foundation in self-development and embodiment work to attend this training. This is assessed through our application process.

As far as the culture of these spaces is concerned, participants can expect care, attunement, compassion, full honouring of their needs and boundaries, as well as a level of rigour, intensity, an uncompromising focus on transformation, and its application in service-based leadership.
*Temples are ceremonial spaces dedicated to the embodied exploration of themes we’re working with, which can include somatic touch and erotic energy. This is 100% dependent on the boundaries of all involved. We include these in our work because we feel it is critical for leaders today to develop healthy and mature relationships to these aspects of the human being.
**In addition to the retreat we’ll be hosting two online calls before the event and two after to maximise each participant’s most empowered passage into and integration of the journey.

An artistic country-house 80mins drive south of Berlin, full of peace and serenity surrounded by forest and fields.
EVENT TIMES AND MEALS
The retreat starts at 3pm on February 25th 2027 and ends at 1pm on March 3rd 2027.
The first meal will be dinner on the evening of the 25th February and the last meal will be breakfast on the morning of the 3rd March.

This is a complete initiation in its own right, and there is no expectation to attend the other retreats. You can choose the initiation that is most aligned with your current developmental edge and allow the work to unfold from there.

FACILITATORS
Jon Eden Khan is a transformational leader, mentor, and facilitator, living in his beloved home city of Berlin.
Jon is the initiator of Majesty, a transnational political party dedicated to realigning power with the living Earth.
He is also founder of AVATARA, an international spiritual community dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening and its expression through new approaches to leadership, education, and economics.
And he mentors soul-driven leaders, from top corporate business leaders and FinTech trailblazers, to LGBT rights activists in the Middle East, to some of the most respected facilitators of transformational self-development work in the world.
Between 2016-2018 Jon worked as European Director of the Global Purpose Movement, and in 2014, he co-founded Synergy Forum, an initiative focussed on the integration of spiritual awakening, social innovation and systems transformation. Between 2012-2015 he worked as part of the leadership team of Zero Point Six in Interlaken, Switzerland, exploring how a deeper understanding of spiritual awakening can inform efforts toward global transformation.
Jon’s path has allowed him to experience a wide spectrum of the human experience. From dropping out of school at age 13 to attend a centre for troubled youths, to 5 years of homelessness and heroin addiction in his early 20’s to getting clean alone in a room over 6 months. From re-entering education and going on to turn down a PhD with one of the foremost universities in the world, to dedicating himself fully to self-development, healing his traumas and service, to co-leading international projects dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening through new approaches to leadership, power, and purpose.

Cari Caldwell is a catalyst for healing and a weaver of worlds. Be it ourselves, our communities, our relationships, our sexuality or our spirit, she finds ways to help us connect to what matters. She is an entrepreneur, facilitator, an executive, somatic and intimacy coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience working with humans in a variety of contexts – from large multi-national corporations to grassroots movements, from the finance sector to traditional midwifery. She is at her best when birthing new futures with individuals and communities.
Cari was a Co-Founder and Director of Future Considerations, a leadership and organizational development consultancy based in London, England and recipient of the WorldBlu Certification of most democratic and freedom-centred workplaces. Cari has lead organizations and businesses in the areas of social innovation, maternal health and addressing complex social challenges. She is a learner/teacher of embodied racial justice, sacred sexuality, ritual theatre, family and organizational constellations and collective emergence.
Cari has coached political campaigns in the US and New Zealand. She has trained extensively with and taught Embodied Leadership for the Strozzi Institute. She is a graduate of Newfield Ontological Coaching program, Theory U Global Classroom at MIT and VISIONS anti-racism training. She is certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory Psychometric, Spiral Dynamics with Don Beck, Richard Barrett’s Cultural Transformation Tool and Leadership Values Assessment, and Sylvia Clute’s Unitive Justice. She holds a BA in Philosophy, History and International Studies from Northwestern University and completed Masters coursework in Intercultural Relations.
She trained for 3 years in organizational and family systems facilitation based on the work of Bert Hellinger. She is currently working on a book integrating her passions for leadership, innovation and birth that maps lessons from physiologic birth to organizational and systemic innovation. Cari is mother to Conor & Luca and lives in Denver, Colorado.
A Aunkh Khem S-Maa is the founder and guiding hierophant of the Amen-Ra Institute, a centre devoted to the study, practice and transmission of Nile Valley sciences, knowledge systems and sacred consciousness lineages. An initiate and master of several Nile Valley sciences and knowledge systems, he has dedicated his over three decades work to restoring the cosmological, medical and practical wisdom of Kemet, Kush and Ta-Neter as living resources for consciousness evolution, spiritual transformation and societal development.
He is the founder of the Amen-Ra Institute and serves as a facilitator of sacred consciousness practices and techniques grounded in Kemetic wisdom teachings. His systematic interpretive work draws on his years of translations and study of texts from the Kemet’s pyramids, necropolises, coffins and other sacred literary and inscriptional systems of the Nile Valley. Through disciplined study, meditative practice and embodied learning, he guides practitioners in engaging theses scientific and systematic teachings as paths of self-knowledge, anticipatory servant-leadership, emergent consciousness and purposeful living.
He is the creator and principal facilitator of the Amen-Ra Institute’s 12-month, 24-month and 36-month immersion programmes. These progressive learning journeys combine intensive study, hieroglyphics translations, self-mastery, reflective practice and oracles, enabling practitioners to deepen their understanding over sustained periods. He also leads 14-day ‘Mysteries Unfold in the Nile Valley’ retreats, immersive journeys through the Nile Valley that connect sacred sites, ancient teachings and guided personal consciousness practices and ceremonies.
His Grand-Master Wisdom Keepers of African River Valleys, including those of the Rivhimbi (Ethiopian) Ocean initiated him as the last and coterie lineage-holder of the “Flower of the River, the Whisperer of Celestial Secrets, Eyes of the Celestials and Mystical-Sun of the Oceans” Systems. As a member of Evolutionary Leadership consortium, he leads, interfaces and facilitate some of these systematised programmes across Africa, the Americas, Asia and Europe, bringing Nile Valley and broader African wisdom into dialogue with contemporary questions of consciousness, health, leadership, innovation, economics and world renewal. He is an internal martial arts practitioner trained in China by masters of Wudang, Shaolin and Chang-Jia-Quan Systems of Medical Qigong and Tai Ji.
Alongside his work at the Amen-Ra Institute, he is the current Director responsible for Indigenous African Knowledge System-Based Innovation in South Africa’s Department of Science, Technology and Innovation. He is the creator of the uBu-NTU Innovation Model, which is applied to bio-natural products research and enterprise development to support the establishment of thriving societies grounded in African knowledge, inclusivity and sustainable innovation.
Aunkh is a medical natural scientist and guest research professor with expertise in global public health, infectious diseases epidemiology and management of technology innovation. He offers his serves to multi-lateral, non-aligned, education and business sectors.
