Anja Meyer is Operations Circle Steward at Majesty, a Business Consultant and Project Manager with around 15 years of experience across corporate environments, digital transformation, organisational change, sustainability and social entrepreneurship.

After starting her career in the corporate world, Anja spent the past decade working independently, supporting organisations, start-ups and purpose-driven businesses through change, transformation and the development of more sustainable ways of working.

Her professional path has always been accompanied by a deep personal commitment to sustainability and conscious living. She is a trained Vegan Nutritionist and has worked with NGOs on reducing food waste and promoting Zero Waste living. She was also actively involved in Animal Rights activism for many years.

Alongside her work in business and sustainability, Anja has spent many years exploring Body and Energy Work, developing a deep interest in the relationship between the body, consciousness and our inner world.

Having grown up in a small town in Bavaria, Germany, Anja later spent several years travelling and exploring different ways of living before making Portugal her home in 2020. Her diverse experiences across business, sustainability, embodiment and conscious living have shaped her understanding of how personal and systemic transformation are deeply interconnected.

At the heart of Anja’s work is her passion for New Human Culture — exploring how we can create new ways of relating to ourselves, to each other and to the living world. She sees herself as an Architect of New Human Culture, bringing together her experience in systems, business and transformation with a deep commitment to more Life-centred ways of living and working.

In her role as Operations Circle Steward, Anja brings these different worlds together to support the structures, processes and people that enable Majesty’s vision to unfold.
